Dale Wilker

Dale Wilker is a retired Senior Project Manager for Quiniscoe Homes 20/20 who now continues to support the company in a consulting role. Over nearly two decades with Quiniscoe Homes, Dale became an integral part of the company’s operations, client relationships, and long-standing success. As Senior Project Manager, he was the key communicator and connector between clients, contractors, and tradespeople, ensuring projects ran smoothly from concept through completion. His expertise in construction coordination, budgeting, pricing, scheduling, and site management helped bring countless custom homes to life with precision and care.

Before joining Quiniscoe Homes, Dale spent more than 23 years working as an architectural technologist and in site management, building a strong foundation in both design and construction. Throughout his career, he developed a passion for quality craftsmanship, thoughtful planning, and sustainable building practices. He valued the strong working relationships fostered within the company and took pride in helping clients realize their vision for their homes.

Known for his approachable nature and attention to detail, Dale guided homeowners through every stage of the building process, always ensuring their goals, preferences, and concerns were carefully addressed. Today, while retired from day-to-day project management, he continues to lend his extensive knowledge and experience to Quiniscoe Homes as a consultant.

Dale and his family moved from Calgary to the Columbia Valley in 1994, where they established deep roots in the community. Together with his wife, son, and daughter, they run a small produce farm. He also volunteers with the local sustainability initiative Groundswell Network and has long enjoyed playing goalie in old-timer hockey. In retirement, Dale continues to embrace the Columbia Valley lifestyle through hiking, biking, skiing, and windsurfing.
